Lability Waiver For Drives and Tours
Do you need a waiver form for an upcoming tour?? Please download one from this link.
This is a 2 page waiver to be signed by everyone participating in your tour if it’s sponsored by 356CAR. Print it out a home, get them signed and mail them back to the Mike Gabbard (address is on the form)
Lability Waiver For Home / Shop Events
All participants in 356CAR “sponsored” events (such as monthly breakfast meetings at member’s homes/shops and Tech Sessions in private garages or shops) are requested to read and sign this form before participating in the activity. It is not required for informal get togethers or other non-sponsored events.
